Material before appearance
A basket can look attractive in a photograph and still create problems in daily use. We begin with cane diameter, flexibility, surface condition, cleanliness and odour.
About MIJIN
Guangxi Mijin Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. has worked with handwoven products since 2011. Today, our website focuses on natural rattan bread proofing baskets for professional bakeries, hospitality groups, distributors and private-label brands.
Our direction
Handwoven production will always contain natural character. The challenge for a professional supplier is not to remove that character, but to keep commercial details within an agreed standard.
Our role is therefore broader than producing a basket. We help buyers compare materials, select practical sizes, define tolerances, confirm branding and packaging, and review evidence before shipment.
“A reliable order begins before production—with a clear specification, a realistic sample and an honest discussion about risk.”
What guides our workshop
These principles are designed around the questions buyers usually face after the first attractive sample: Will the bulk order stay consistent, arrive safely and match the approved details?
A basket can look attractive in a photograph and still create problems in daily use. We begin with cane diameter, flexibility, surface condition, cleanliness and odour.
For custom projects, the approved sample is not only a sales sample. It becomes the working reference for dimensions, weave, liner, logo placement and packaging.
Surface finish, shape, measurements, order details and packing are easier to correct before shipment than after products reach another country.
Production, packing and shipment photos help buyers understand what is happening before dispatch instead of relying only on verbal promises.
A source manufacturer, not a catalogue-only seller
We do not expect every buyer to arrive with a finished technical specification. Many projects begin with a reference photo, a target retail price or a general idea for a bakery range.
Our responsibility is to identify what still needs to be confirmed—material, size, quantity, logo method, packaging, delivery deadline and inspection expectations—before those missing details become expensive problems.
Who we work with
We support both operational users and resale businesses, with the product range, branding and packing adjusted to the project.
How we communicate
A fast price without enough context can create a misleading comparison. We prefer to understand how the baskets will be used, sold and delivered before recommending the most sensible option.
Explore professional supplyWe first clarify dough weight, bread shape, operating environment, quantity and target market.
Instead of offering every possible model, we help narrow the first order to the sizes most likely to be used or resold.
Dimensions, material, liner, logo, label and packaging are confirmed before bulk production begins.
Bulk product, packing and carton evidence can be supplied so the buyer can review the order before dispatch.
